This person will plan, create, and manage compelling digital content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion â ensuring that all online communication reflects Spiroâs voice, purpose, and values. QUALIFICATION/SKILLS - Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital communications, preferably in technology, mobility, or energy sectors.
- Strong understanding of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Buffer).
- Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and Africaâs growth story.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Strategy & Execution - Develop and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Manage the companyâs social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and monitor digital campaigns to support launches, events, and promotions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing digital content and creatives.
- Ensure alignment of all digital campaigns with brand objectives and customer journeys.
Content Creation & Management - Manage the creation of high-quality, on-brand content (graphics, videos, blogs, captions, infographics, etc.).
- Write and edit clear, impactful copy for digital platforms, ensuring tone consistency.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop storytelling assets
Data Analytics & Performance Tracking - Track, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Identify insights, trends, and opportunities to improve conversion rates and engagement.
- Maintain dashboards and performance reports to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Stay current with digital trends and emerging technologies relevant to electric mobility and sustainability.
Online Reputation & Community Management - Engage with online communities and respond to messages, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage Spiroâs online reputation.
- Foster positive relationships with digital influencers, media, and partners.
