East Africaâs first digital audio super-app aggregating radio station livestreams, podcasts, and audiobooks. Your role covers designing and managing the ad tech infrastructure, setting up programmatic systems, developing campaign frameworks, educating the market on digital audio, and building commercial relationships with brands and agencies. You will also manage integrations with partner radio stations and contribute to the product roadmap for audience growth and monetisation. Qualifications - Formal Education in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in digital audio advertising, programmatic media, or ad technology.
- Familiarity with ad serving platforms, VAST/DAAST standards, and dynamic ad insertion (DAI).
- Understanding of DSP/SSP ecosystems, real-time bidding (RTB), and programmatic audio buying.
- Ability to develop audience targeting frameworks using listener data, behaviour, and context.
- Experience with campaign measurement, attribution, and performance analytics.
- Strong commercial instincts, able to build and pitch advertising products to clients and agencies.
- A Uganda or Kenya resident, with knowledge of the local and East African media landscape.
