This role will enhance accountability, learning, innovation, and impact across initiatives in community development, youth leadership and empowerment, entrepreneurship, business, and sustainable livelihoods. - Excellent data analysis, reporting, and learning facilitation skills
- Proven experience working with NGOs or development programs
- Good communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
