The Advisor will play a critical leadership role in designing projects, developing and overseeing robust Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks, and leading research aimed at evidence-based programming. This role will enhance accountability, learning, innovation, and impact across initiatives in community development, youth leadership and empowerment, entrepreneurship, business, and sustainable livelihoods. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - A strong background in program design, MEL systems, and applied research
- Excellent data analysis, reporting, and learning facilitation skills
- Proven experience working with NGOs or development programs
- Good communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
