Responsibilities or duties
Support the Principal in administration and management
Oversee academic programs and ensure quality training standards
Supervise staff and support professional development
Coordinate planning, reporting, and regulatory compliance
Act in the Principalâs absence
Lead Tutors/Trainers and teach assigned subjects
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Bachelorâs Degree in Nursing or Midwifery
Postgraduate Diploma in Health Education
Experience needed
At least 3 yearsâ teaching experience (preferred)
Proven leadership and administrative experience
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Team player, willing to work in a rural setting
