About the Role
Agile Media Africa, a leading agricultural advisory firm, is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of operations and contributing to the firm’s strategic goals. The Deputy Manager will support the organization in providing top-notch advisory services to stakeholders in the agricultural sector.

• Salary: Max. Net Salary of 2,500,000 UGX (Non-negotiable)
Responsibilities
As a Deputy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
• Overseeing the execution of key operational and strategic initiatives.
• Supporting the management team in decision-making and performance optimization.
• Coordinating with team members to achieve organizational goals effectively.
• Ensuring financial accountability and operational excellence in line with the company’s mission.
• Maintaining strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
Requirements
