In partnership with Danish Refugee Council (DRC) and UNHCR, PALM Corps is implementing an education programme in refugee-hosting districts. To address critical staffing gaps and expand access to quality education, PALM Corps invites applications from qualified and motivated individuals to fill the following positions in Rhino Camp, Imvepi, and Bidibidi Refugee Settlements. Positions Available - Deputy Headteachers • Imvepi Refugee Settlement - 8 • Rhino Camp Refugee Settlement - 12
Reporting Structure Reports to: Headteacher Key Responsibilities - Support school administration and teacher supervision
- Ensure discipline, performance monitoring, and learner welfare
- Assist in stakeholder engagement and reporting
Qualifications - Minimum Diploma in Education (Degree preferred)
- At least 2 years leadership experience
- MoES registration required
General Requirements (ALL POSITIONS) - High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong understanding of child safeguarding principles
- Ability to work in hardship and multicultural environments
- Recommendation letter confirming good conduct (no protection violations)
