Job Summary:   We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our vibrant team in Kampala, Uganda, as we scale up and expand access to life-enhancing products and services for our customers. As a Telesales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and sales growth. You will connect with existing customers, introducing them to new products like televisions and other offerings, while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:   As a Telesales Representative, you will:

• Tele-sell: Call existing customers to upgrade them to televisions and other M-KOPA products.
• Drive conversions: Achieve campaign sales goals by meeting conversion objectives.
• Maintain quality: Uphold the highest standards of call quality and customer engagement.
• Maximize productivity: Adhere to set talk-time benchmarks to ensure optimal productivity.
• This role is onsite and reports to the Telesales Team Lead.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Expertise:

• Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and results-driven individual who thrives in sales-driven environments. You should have:
• A certificate, diploma, or higher qualification.
• Experience in the BPO or call center industry.
• A strong passion for sales, with excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with basic tools like Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• A self-driven, results-oriented attitude and a commitment to ethical conduct.
