HMH Kuku is hiring a Depot Clerk to carryout the following duties and responsibilities;

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell One-Stop Shop products, including day-old chicks (DOCs), feed, and equipment.
• Manage stock levels and recommend timely reorders to meet customer demand.
• Deliver excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Process payments accurately and issue invoices and receipts.
• Reconcile daily sales and collections with precision.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain and update the DOC customer database.
• Generate accurate sales and inventory reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG sales operations (experience in agricultural consumer products is an added advantage).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• High integrity, honesty, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.
• Diploma in Animal Science or Animal Health is an added advantage.
