Deployment Officer job at Safetech security Limited

Job Purpose

Responsible for the efficient and effective deployment of security personnel and resources to various client sites.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Maintain and update the timesheet daily and develop monthly attendance reports.
• Devise and maintain office systems, dealing with telephone, keeping diaries and taking appointments for visitors
• Attending to guard complaints and ensure all issues are forwarded to the respective departments and resolved.
• Preparation of Daily Deployment Reports and monthly reports in a timely manner and handed to your immediate supervisor and responsible desks.
• Coordinate parade for guards, i.e. ensuring a parade program is in place and facilitated daily, also following up if the same is done even in upcountry branches.
• Coordinate transportation of guards. This includes those traveling to upcountry centers.
• Be up to date with information on every guard. where they are working.
• Responsible for day calls, supervise the attendance of guards and update their attendance roster.
