Job Description Our Client, the Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited (UETCL) is a state-owned enterprise, which is a licensed systems operator for high voltage transmissions grid, bulk supplier of power, import and export of power, system operator and a public infrastructure service provider. UETCL invites applications from interested candidates for nomination for appointment to the Board as an Executive Director and the eventual appointment as a Managing Director of UETCL. The Board of Directors intends to delegate the responsibility for the management and day-to-day operations of UETCL to the Managing Director. The Managing Director will have the authority to carry out these responsibilities, in accordance with the strategic direction and policies established by the Board of Directors from time to time.
