Key Responsibilities - Pick up customer orders promptly from the café.
- Deliver orders accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Ensure food is transported safely to maintain quality.
- Collect payments where applicable and issue receipts.
- Verify delivery addresses before dispatch.
- Maintain communication with the café regarding delivery status.
- Keep delivery records as required.
- Ensure the assigned motorcycle is clean and roadworthy.
- Follow all traffic laws and road safety regulations.
- Report accidents, delays, or vehicle issues immediately.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries.
Requirements
- Valid riding permit (Class A).
- Proven riding experience is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Jinja and surrounding areas.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
