Key Responsibilities - Debt Recovery:
- Professionally follow up on overdue payments from clients.
- Conduct client visits when necessary to secure payments.
- Record-Keeping:
- Maintain detailed logs of client communications and payment commitments.
- Collaboration:
- Work with Finance and Client Relations teams to resolve disputes.
- Reporting:
- Generate weekly collection reports.
Qualifications & Requirements - Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in debt collection, credit control, or accounts management.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English and Luganda (mandatory).
- Confidence, discipline, and results-driven attitude.
- Preferred: Membership with a professional body.
