The role supports inventory accountability, operational traceability, barcode integrity, and data accuracy within approved operational systems including YU360, Logman, Aqua Manager, D365, barcode scanning devices, and other approved operational platforms. Under the direction of the relevant Inventory Data Supervisor, the Data Entrant may be assigned to support: - Biomass Verification Operations
- Line 1 Whole Round Processing Operations
- High Value Processing Operations
- Packing Operations
- Dispatch Operations
- Warehouse Operations
- Inventory Movement Activities
- Barcode Operations
- Transfer Order Activities
- Reconciliation Support Activities
The Inventory Data Supervisor shall allocate work assignments based on operational priorities, harvest schedules, dispatch schedules, staffing requirements, workload balancing, and business needs. Key Responsibilities - Operational Data Capture
- Capture operational transactions accurately and in real time.
- Record weights, quantities, pieces, SKUs, batches, warehouse allocations, and inventory movements.
- Maintain accurate operational records within approved systems.
- Verify source documentation before transaction submission.
- Inventory & Traceability Management
- Ensure accurate batch traceability.
- Verify barcode allocations and movements.
- Maintain inventory accountability throughout assigned operations.
- Support reconciliation activities when required.
- Barcode Operations
- Operate barcode scanners and related equipment.
- Verify barcode integrity before transaction completion.
- Prevent duplicate barcode creation.
- Escalate barcode failures immediately.
- Data Validation
Before final transaction submission: - Validate SKU accuracy.
- Validate quantity accuracy.
- Validate weight accuracy.
- Validate batch accuracy.
- Validate barcode accuracy.
- Validate warehouse allocation accuracy.
- Validate transaction timestamps.
Error Reporting & Escalation Immediately report: - Wrong SKU assignments
- Wrong quantities
- Wrong weights
- Wrong piece counts
- Duplicate entries
- Missing transactions
- Barcode failures
- Warehouse allocation errors
- Dispatch discrepancies
- Transfer order discrepancies
- Synchronization failures

Operational Flexibility - Perform duties within any assigned operational workstream.
- Support alternative operational areas as directed by the Inventory Data Supervisor.

Key Qualifications and Work Experience Required - Diploma in Statistics, Information Systems, Business Computing, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Experience in inventory operations, warehousing, manufacturing, food processing, logistics, or operational data capture is an added advantage.
- Experience using ERP or inventory systems is an added advantage.
