- Customer Onboarding & Training
- Customer Support & Issue Resolution
- Customer Relationship Management
- Proactive Customer Engagement
- Data Analysis & Performance Tracking
- Documentation & Process Improvement
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple customer queries and meet response deadlines
- Basic understanding of financial and technology terms is a plus
- Ability to use and troubleshoot basic software tools
- Commitment to providing a positive customer experience and exceeding expectations
