- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Support sales and marketing teams with customer engagement initiatives.
- Prepare customer service reports and feedback analysis.
Requirements - Bachelorâs Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1â3 years experience in customer service or relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer issues professionally.
Preferred Skills - Experience using CRM systems.
- Sales support and client retention skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
