Job Description:

• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Maintain CRM records and database
• Manage external communication and outreach
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely support/services
• Support internal team & HR functions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, HR Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer/community engagement, stakeholder management, or HR roles (NGO experience preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
• Experience with CRM systems/HR software is a plus
