- Design programs that address the diverse needs of children, youth, women, and men, fostering skills acquisition, entrepreneurship, and cultural heritage preservation.
- Ensure that the institute’s programs promote principles of humanity and eco-friendly practices while addressing identified needs of individuals and communities in Uganda.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in curriculum design and management in a nonprofit setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
