Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention rates and reduce churn.
- Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts by introducing new products or services.
- Feedback Management: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improve service delivery.
- CRM System Management: Utilize the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage accounts, and generate reports on customer activity and sales pipelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as account management, customer success, or sales.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data.
