POSITION: CREDIT OFFICERS (3)

Duty Station: Jinja

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any business discipline
• At least 1 year of experience working as a Credit Officer or in a similar role
• Strong communication, marketing, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to appraise individual loan applications and assess client creditworthiness
• Ability to disburse loans, monitor loan performance, and manage collections
• Ability to manage Portfolio at Risk (PAR) and ensure timely repayments
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Must be male, able to ride a motorcycle, and willing to conduct regular fieldwork
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
