Creative Sales Representative job at LaunchCraft Studio

LaunchCraft Studio is expanding and looking for confident, motivated people to join us as Creative Sales Representatives. This role suits people who enjoy networking, meeting new people, building relationships and helping artists, authors, businesses and individuals turn ideas into finished creative projects.

You do not need to be a music producer, designer or author. Your role is to find potential clients, understand what they need, explain the relevant LaunchCraft service, and connect serious clients with the LaunchCraft team.

What You’ll Promote

• Idea-to-song creation, songwriting and lyric support
• Artist branding, cover artwork, promotional and performance videos
• Music release and launch support
• Personalised songs for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions
• Memorial and tribute projects
• Business branding, promotional content and video advertisements
• Voice training courses for singing, speaking confidence and voice acting
• Author and book services from idea to finished book
• Book planning, writing support, editing, formatting and cover design
• Metadata and publishing support for Amazon Kindle/KDP, Kobo and other supported digital platforms

Your Role

• Find potential clients in your area and online
• Speak with artists, authors, businesses and creatives
• Explain the most relevant LaunchCraft service
• Show approved examples of our work
• Collect basic client information and register qualified leads
• Connect serious clients with LaunchCraft Studio
• Follow up professionally with potential customers

• Active on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or other social platforms
• Connected to artists, churches, schools, businesses, authors or creative communities
• Comfortable networking in person and online
• Willing to learn our services and follow approved pricing and sales processes

Previous sales or marketing experience is helpful, but not essential.

Earnings

• Commission Range: 18%–28% per successful client sale
• Performance Bonuses: May be available for consistent results

Commission is paid when a referred client successfully pays LaunchCraft Studio. Rates depend on the value of the project and the approved local representative plan.
