What you will do
The Creative Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing visually compelling and on-brand creative content to support Fido’s marketing campaigns in Uganda. This role will ensure the brand's identity and messaging are consistently reflected across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and produce high-quality creative assets, including graphics, videos, banners, and presentations, for digital and offline campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute campaign ideas.
• Ensure all creative materials align with Fido’s brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
• Develop short-form and long-form video content for platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Stay updated on design and creative trends to keep Fido’s campaigns fresh and innovative.
• Work with external vendors or freelancers when necessary to enhance creative output.
• Support events and activations by designing promotional materials and creating visually engaging presentations.
Who you are
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in creative marketing or graphic design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video production skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
