The successful candidate will lead business growth, strategic partnerships, government engagement, branding, marketing, and overall business operations. Key Responsibilities - Drive business growth and market expansion.
- Build strategic partnerships across government, banking, telecom, education, and enterprise sectors.
- Lead business development, sales, branding, and marketing initiatives.
- Establish and oversee local operations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Strategic Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's Degree (MBA or related) is an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in senior management, business development, commercial leadership, or country management.
- Must be a Ugandan who has worked or is currently working in China and understands Chinese business culture.
- Proven experience in business growth, strategic partnerships, branding, marketing, and leadership.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
