Key Responsibilities: - Conduct research on donors, government programs, or sector trends to support CD meetings.
- Support the preparation of executive briefing materials and presentations
- Draft meeting agendas, compile background materials, and coordinate logistics for partner or government engagements.
- Support logistics for high-level field visits or donor delegations hosted by the CDâs office.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on organizational initiatives
- Support communications between executive leadership and various departments
- Help with special projects and strategic planning activities
- Work across departments as and when necessary
- Support country wide knowledge management initiatives
- Join selected calls/meetings to take notes and flag action items for follow-up.
- Shadow the Country Director in selected meetings and write reflection briefs on key themes or takeaways.
Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation software
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Highly Self-driven and proactive
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in executive support or administrative roles
- Understanding of business strategy and operations
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
