The role includes communicating HIV results, providing HIV/AIDS and general health education, supporting HIV disclosure, promoting couple counselling and partner notification, and providing ongoing psychosocial support to individuals requiring additional care. The successful candidates will also prepare counselling activity reports, collect relevant bio-behavioral health data, and participate in counselling meetings. - Community Engagement: Work directly with communities and support individuals who require ongoing counselling and care.
- Public Health Contribution: Help improve awareness and understanding of HIV/AIDS and broader health issues within study communities.
- Research Exposure: Gain experience supporting bio-behavioral data collection alongside counselling and community health activities.
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside RHSP counselling, research, clinical, and community teams.
