- Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and common areas.
- Replace linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Deliver excellent customer service to guests.
Qualifications & Requirements - Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE/S.4).
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an added advantage.
- Hardworking, organized, and attentive to detail.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
