Key Responsibilities: Prep Work: Peel potatoes, wash vegetables, portion chicken pieces. Assistance: Help the Chef during rush hours by plating dishes and garnishing. Stock Rotation: Bring ingredients from the cold room as needed. Cleaning: Sweep kitchen floors, empty trash bins, and clean sinks. Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as a kitchen helper or cook. Ability to follow instructions. Basic literacy for reading prep lists. Key Competencies: Speed Hygiene consciousness Teamwork - Peel potatoes, wash vegetables, portion chicken pieces.
