REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar kitchen role is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Ability to prepare meals according to set standards.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.
• Honest, reliable, and willing to learn.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Prepare and cook meals according to Breen Cafe standards.
• Ensure food is properly prepared, cooked, and presented.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area.
• Follow proper food handling and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with preparation of ingredients before service.
• Monitor food supplies and report shortages.
• Participate in stock taking and proper management of kitchen ingredients.
• Minimize food wastage through proper handling and storage.
• Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

• GAYAZA BRANCH: Worship Harvest Gayaza, 700m after AfroClub, 25m after Kasangati Resort Hotel
• NAALYA BRANCH: Worship Harvest Naalya, Ground Floor, Naalya Trading Center
