This role goes beyond standard front desk duties by arranging services, making reservations, securing tickets, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance the customerâs experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests warmly; anticipate their needs before they ask.
- Arrange dining reservations, theatre tickets, transportation (limos, taxis, shuttles), and special events.
- Provide detailed directions, maps, and recommendations for local attractions, shopping, and business services.
- Coordinate luggage storage, package acceptance/delivery, and mail handling.
- Assist with booking spa appointments, golf tee times, tours, or private charters.
- Handle special requests (e.g., floral delivery, baby equipment, pet services, medical prescriptions).
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the local area, including emergency services, embassies, and cultural sites.
- Liaise with housekeeping, engineering, and security to fulfill guest requests smoothly.
Qualifications: - High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality preferred.
- 1â2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, residential building, or customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English required; second language (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, French) highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and concierge software (e.g., Alice, GoConcierge).
