Job Summary The Compensation Supervisor is responsible for administering the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive remuneration practices, payroll coordination, and compliance with statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities - Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with finance.
- Monitor statutory deductions and compliance.
- Prepare compensation reports and workforce cost analysis.
- Support annual salary review processes.
- Ensure accurate employee benefits administration.
- Maintain compensation records and HRIS data.
- Recommend improvements to compensation structures.
- Support budgeting and workforce planning.
Qualifications &Experience - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant experience in compensation, payroll, or rewards management.
- Experience using payroll systems is essential.
