Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Company Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, provide strategic direction, manage departments, and ensure the company’s goals and objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, real estate knowledge, and a background in business management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate daily company operations across all departments (Sales, Construction, Property Management, Administration).
• Implement business strategies, plans, and procedures aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
• Supervise department heads and ensure departmental goals are achieved.
• Drive business development efforts, foster client relationships, and identify new growth opportunities.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reports in collaboration with the finance team.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and staff meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Provide timely and accurate operational reports to the Managing Director.
• Represent the company in business forums, client meetings, and networking events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in operations, business development, and team management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and management software tools.
