Job Summary Job Summary The Community Microfinance Officer is responsible for expanding financial inclusion by acquiring customers, mobilizing savings, disbursing loans, and educating communities about Kray Microfinance products. The role involves direct engagement with small businesses, low-income earners, and underserved populations. - Minimum Qualification : Highschool

Job Description/Requirements Key Responsibilities: -
Customer Acquisition & Community Engagement -
Identify and onboard new customers, focusing on micro-entrepreneurs, traders, and salaried workers. -
Build trust and strong relationships within communities to drive financial inclusion. -
Loan Sales, Appraisal & Recovery -

Market Kray Microfinance loan products such as Eziloan, MicroBiz Loan, SME Loan, and Salary Loan. -
Assess customer loan applications, ensuring proper risk assessment and adherence to credit policies. -
Monitor loan performance and ensure a repayment rate of at least 95% through effective follow-ups. -
Financial Literacy & Digital Banking Adoption -
Conduct financial literacy sessions to educate customers on responsible borrowing, budgeting, and saving. -
Train customers on using Kray Microfinance’s digital banking platforms and Premier Investment Wallet. -
Portfolio Growth & Performance Monitoring -
Track customer deposits, withdrawals, loan disbursements, and repayments. -
