The crude oil is shipped to the refinery at Masese Jinja at BIDCO Uganda Limited (BUL) for manufacture into various products. We conduct business in a more prosperous safe and environmentally sustainable manner that promotes wellbeing of our shareholders, community, government, employees and customers. Our vision is to be the leading internationally competitive high yielding low-cost oil palm plantation and milling company producing sustainable palm oil. In a bid to fulfill This vision, we are hiring: Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB), Social Sciences, Public Administration, Community Development, or related field.
Other Competences - Strong knowledge of legal procedures, regulatory compliance, and community engagement.
- Able to supervise and lead subordinates.
- Ability to collect data and use it to assess social impacts of the project on the community.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good report writing skills.
