The role requires strong storytelling skills, collaborating with the ideation, development and execution of strategic campaigns tailored to specific functions or group within the region. From organizing engaging events and webcasts to crafting compelling internal communications and driving employee engagement initiatives.  Responsibilities: - Create clear, engaging, and wellâstructured written communications for employees across channels such as newsletters, intranet posts and digital signage.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to brainstorm and develop creative communication campaign ideas that resonate with targeted audiences.
- Support endâtoâend campaign execution, ensuring alignment with key performance objectives and communication strategy.
- Coordinate logistics for internal events, conferences, and webcasts, ensuring professional delivery and a seamless experience for participants.
- Support the planning and execution of external communication activities to enhance the companyâs visibility and strengthen its brand presence within the industry.
 Experiences & Exposures: - Bachelorâs degree preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with digital communication platforms (e.g. intranet systems, email marketing tools, content management systems) is an added advantage.
- Experience creating graphics or short-form video content using Canva or similar design platforms is an advantage.
- Strong writing, attention to detail, and creativity with a willingness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced communications environment.
