This Account Executive is a commission-based role that is largely field-based. Airtime and transport are provided with attractive commissions on acquired and retained clients. You will be responsible for growing our client's SaaS base, selling debt collection software. Key Responsibilities: - Sell cutting-edge tech solutions to mid-market and enterprise-level businesses.
- Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, pitch, negotiating, and close.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Consistently hit/exceed monthly sales targets.
Compensation Structure - Performance-based commissions on sales on:
- Debt Collection Software.
- Online Bidding Platform.
- Client Activity Volume ( Monthly).
- Client Retention ( Quarterly).
(Details of the commissions will be as company schedules.) Requirements - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in tech, SaaS or Financial Services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter mentality with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working in a blended working environment
