What we are looking for We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Enablement Manager to oversee invoicing, client billing, payroll data management, and resource tracking across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in operations or finance, and the ability to manage complex data while ensuring alignment with client and internal stakeholder requirements. What does the job involve The Commercial Enablement Manager will play a critical role in managing financial processes and optimizing operations. Responsibilities include: Invoicing and Billing Management - Lead and manage invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. - Oversee billing preparation, including headcount tracking, attrition, and hiring updates. - Act as the primary point of contact for commercial enablement teams across multiple clients. - Mitigate risks and address invoicing challenges efficiently. Client Relations and Reporting - Engage with client commercial enablement teams to track progress and resolve risks. - Lead the creation of bi-weekly client presentation decks. - Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and invoicing. - Submit regular invoicing reports to internal stakeholders. Payroll Data Management - Oversee payroll data processes, including overtime and incentive tracking. - Integrate payroll data into billing workflows. - Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data. Process Optimization - Identify and implement improvements for invoicing, billing, and resource tracking. - Collaborate with internal departments to enhance operational efficiency.
