Key Duties and Responsibilities - Conduct theoretical and practical teaching sessions for healthcare students.
- Supervise students during clinical placements.
- Demonstrate clinical procedures and professional practices.
- Assess students’ clinical competencies and provide feedback.
- Develop teaching materials and learning resources.
- Maintain student performance records and assessment reports.
- Mentor students in ethical healthcare practice.
- Coordinate with healthcare departments to support clinical training.
- Participate in curriculum implementation and review.
Qualifications and Experience - Relevant professional qualification in the respective healthcare discipline.
- Registered with the appropriate professional council.
- Teaching or clinical mentorship experience is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies - Strong teaching and mentorship skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clinical competence.
- Leadership and supervision abilities.
- Commitment to training and professional development.
