Key Duties and Responsibilities - Deliver classroom and clinical lessons in clinical medicine.
- Supervise students during clinical practice.
- Demonstrate clinical procedures and patient management approaches.
- Assess studentsâ knowledge, skills, and clinical performance.
- Provide mentorship on professional conduct and ethical practice.
- Prepare teaching materials and practical demonstrations.
- Maintain student evaluation records.
- Participate in academic meetings and training activities.
- Support continuous improvement of clinical training programs.
Qualifications and Experience - Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine from a recognized institution.
- Registered with the relevant professional council.
- Valid practicing license.
- Clinical teaching experience is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies - Strong clinical and teaching skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Mentorship and leadership skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work with students and healthcare teams.
