Background

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The successful candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, supervise staff, manage patient billing, and maintain high standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the clinic.
• Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff.
• Ensure excellent patient care and customer service.
• Manage patient billing, invoicing, collections, and financial reconciliations.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory, and procurement of clinic supplies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
• Prepare operational and financial reports.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinic performance.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree Business Administration,Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 1 years of management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with billing, financial record-keeping, or clinic revenue management.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinic management/billing systems.
