We work alongside smallholder farmers, women's groups, and young entrepreneurs to turn climate adaptation into practical, income-generating opportunities at the household and community level. About the Role G4CA is seeking a passionate, proactive, and highly organized Climate Resilience Program Coordinator to support the implementation of its Climate Resilience Program. Working closely with the Programs team, agronomists, and our community-based Green Sisters, the Coordinator will drive community-based climate resilience interventions, strengthen engagement with smallholder farmers and women's groups, mentor Greenpreneurs, and ensure strong documentation and reporting across all program activities. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate the replication of climate resilience solutions across target communities and small holder farmers.
- Organize farmer trainings, agroforestry demonstrations, learning exchanges, and community events.
- Support the identification of farmer learning needs and coordinate responsive capacity-building activities.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of participating farmers and community groups.
- Coordinate mentorship activities for the Greenpreneurs Cohort as per the program reach.
- Organize mentorship sessions, follow-up meetings, and progress tracking.
- Liaise with mentors and report emerging support needs to the Programs Lead.
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Environmental Science, Community Development, Climate Change, Natural Resource Management, Rural Development, Agribusiness, or related fields.
- Experience in project management and coordination.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing community-based development or climate resilience programs.
- Demonstrated experience working with smallholder farmers, women's groups, youth, or community-based organizations.
- Sound knowledge of climate-smart agriculture, environmental science, agroforestry, food security, and sustainable livelihoods.
- Experience coordinating trainings, mentorship programs, or enterprise development initiatives.
- Strong report writing, documentation, and data collection skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently to rural project sites.

- Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
