The role holder will also be responsible for client servicing, driving performance and growth through delivery of set revenue targets and efficiency and enforcement of regulatory compliance in line with the organizationâs strategic objectives. Responsibilities or duties 1. Client Services and Relationship Management - Facilitate both formal and informal client meetings and engagements in line with regulatory requirements and service level standards
- Proper planning and co-ordination to deliver trainings and organization events to ensure successful achievement of set objectives and client expectations.
- Continuously strengthen relevant stakeholder relationships to enhance brand visibility and enhance business growth.
- Represent the business in external forums i.e. industry stakeholder engagements as shall be appropriately guided and when necessary
- Ensure adherence to all internal service standards and client SLAs to ensure deliverables and client expectations are continuously met
- Proactively manage any potential areas of client and stakeholder complaints and non-compliance escalating where necessary.
- Risk management through periodic reviews and compliance always to statutory and internal policy requirements as shall be stipulated.
- Continuously educate clients on the regulatory requirements and keep them informed of any changes and the potential impact/implication, initiating a review process where necessary.
- Prepare and present internal management and compliance reports for your assigned portfolio
- Offer secretarial and support services to assigned portfolio and
- Co-ordinate the annual financial audit process within statutory deadlines and conduct financial review to ensure findings and observations from audits are appropriately addressed and communicated to the necessary parties.
2. Consulting and Advisory Services - Formulate and ensure distribution of communication and business presentations to assigned client portfolio as shall be required from time to time i.e., Industry updates and company briefs
- Provide appropriate advice or guidance to clients as required on matters relating to administration service and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in contracting service providers on behalf of clients maintaining ethical and professional standards throughout the process.
3. Strategy and Business Development - Achieve individual revenue targets from existing and new clients
- Implementation of Key Performance Indicators Review to ensure the departments meets its targets, taking remedial action where necessary.
- Support and contribute towards attainment of departmental goals through annual workplans and financial forecasts for assigned portfolio in line with organizationâs strategic objectives.
- Financial management through invoicing, facilitating collection of income and cost management in line with internal policy for assigned portfolio.
- Provide support and collaboration to identify new business and cross selling initiatives across the group as shall be assigned by your team leader.
- Identify opportunities and provide support on implementation of new products, information and/or regulations to ensure that the Department/organization is in tune with current developments and best practices.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience required for this Role - First degree in Actuarial, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Post Graduate Diploma in Actuarial, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
- Any relevant professional certification in line with the role will be an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good with managing relationships of various stakeholders
- Creative thinker with good problem-solving skills
- Good technical knowledge and industry understanding
- Able to work independently but also as part of a team with timely quality production.
- Organized with effective time management skills
Experience needed - A minimum of 7 years relevant experience
