Job Summary: Â Â We seek an experienced Client Relations Manager to foster strong client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Understand client needs, goals, and challenges
- Develop and implement client retention strategies
Business Development
- Identify business opportunities and propose solutions
- Lead all Client acquisition efforts
- Meet Revenue growth targets
Project Management
- Oversee client projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence
Communication and Reporting
- Develop and present client reports and proposals
- Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and training sessions
- Ensure effective communication across teams
Client Feedback and Insights
- Analyze client feedback and satisfaction surveys
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Provide insights to inform agency strategy and growth
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in client relations or account management
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of marketing and communication principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in social behavioral communication
- Knowledge of project management tools and software
- Certification in marketing or client relationship management or business development
