Job Description/Requirements Job Summary We are seeking a highly experience and skilled clerks of works to join our team. Qualified candidates will be responsible for monitoring and reporting construction progress, quality and safety and all related duties Responsibilities - Monitor and report on construction progress, quality, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, codes, and standards.
- Conduct daily site inspections to identify defects/Limitations
- Ensure compliance with quality control measures.
- Conduct inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
- Coordinate with stakeholders (contractors, consultants, clients).
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports.
- Provide technical guidance and support.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
Job Requirements - Diploma in Civil Engineering or water Engineering
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision of water projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
