- Ensures that all sponsor visits are well-coordinated, including planning itineraries, arranging meetings with children and families, and providing necessary briefings.
- Compiles and submits accurate child progress reports, photographs, and other sponsor-required documentation according to organisational guidelines.
- Acts as the primary liaison between the project, sponsors, and donors, ensuring that sponsor expectations are met and that children's information is handled with confidentiality and integrity.
- Maintains an up-to-date database of sponsored children, donors, and sponsorship records, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Responds promptly and professionally to sponsor inquiries, complaints, and requests for additional information.
- Organises and facilitates sponsor-donor appreciation events, community visits, and feedback sessions to strengthen relationships and promote continued giving.
- Collaborates with other program officers to ensure that sponsorship funds are properly utilised and that children receive the intended benefits as per sponsorship agreements.
He/she reports to the project director Core duties and responsibilities: Shall include and not limited to the following: - Serves as an advocate for children and caregivers.
- Initiate and generates the annual health work plan and coordinates its implementation with emphasis on disease prevention among the project beneficiaries.
- To identify illness and sickness in children and do referrals to a nearby health care services.
- To carry out child assessment and do possible intervention to the beneficiaries.
Qualifications or requirements: - Must be a mature born-again Christian with a sound testimony (If married, attach the wedding certificate)
- Must have a bachelor degree or a diploma in any of the followings: social works and social administration, social sciences, developmental studies, education, communication, Guidance and Counselling, records management, nursing, community primary health care and any related disciplines.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have good interpersonal skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- The willingness to adjust to the local language will be an added advantage.
- Age bracket 22-35.
