Job Summary The Chief Programs Officer (CPO) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the mission, vision, and programmatic impact of WTM’s ministries. The CPO will lead and coordinate various faith-based initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization’s global mandate. - Minimum Qualification : Bachelors

Job Description/Requirements Scale: WTM 2 L Reports to: CEO/ Global Overseer Responsible for: Chaplain Fountain Head, Missions Coordinator, Administrator, JM foundation Coordinator, Lead Pastor Trumpet Online Church, Principal JM Christian University, and TFC Branch Churches Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Leadership, Organizational Development & Strategy - Develop and implement strategic plans for programs and missions in line with WTM's vision.
- Provide spiritual oversight, mentoring, and leadership to ministry teams, fostering growth and impact.
- Oversee the expansion and effectiveness of TFC Branch Churches, Trumpet Online Church, and JM Christian University
- Foster a culture of excellence, ethics, and continuous learning within the organization
- Strengthen cross-cultural missions, ensuring effective engagement with diverse communities.
- Lead the development of new initiatives that align with the ministry’s mandate.
2. Operations & Program Management - Oversee the implementation of various WTM programs, ensuring they meet spiritual, social, and transformational goals.
- Develop operational guidelines and policies to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Design, execute, and evaluate ministry programs to enhance outreach, discipleship, and leadership development.
- Spearhead innovative initiatives that drive church growth and community impact.
- Implement best practices in ministry program management, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Strengthen partnerships with global Christian networks and mission agencies.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships - Foster strong relationships with churches, prayer networks, and mission partners worldwide.
- Represent WTM in high-level meetings, conferences, and prayer gatherings.
- Identify and engage key stakeholders for collaborations in ministry work.
4. Resource Mobilization & Financial Stewardship - Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost-effective management of ministry programs.
- Lead fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and grant acquisition efforts.
- Ensure accountability and transparency in financial stewardship across all programs.
5. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting - Establish mechanisms for assessing the impact of mission activities and programs.
- Provide periodic reports to the Global Overseer on program effectiveness.
- Implement continuous improvement measures for enhanced ministry impact.
Person Specification 1. Qualification: - A Master’s degree in Theology, Organizational Leadership, Missions, Development Studies, or a related field.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with extensive experience in missions and program leadership.
- Additional training in project management, strategic leadership, or missions is an advantage.
2. Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in ministry leadership, missions coordination, or program management in a faith-based organization.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale programs in a church or interdenominational ministry.
- Experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement at a global level.
- Exposure to cross-cultural missions and international Christian networks.

- Planning, Organizing, and Coordinating – Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

- Mentoring & Supervision – Skilled in coaching teams and fostering professional growth.
- Information & Communication Technology (ICT) – Proficiency in using technology for program management and communication.

- Customer Care – Ensuring high standards of service in ministry programs.
- Time Management & Meeting Deadlines – Ability to prioritize and deliver results on time.
- Negotiation Skills – Ability to engage stakeholders in meaningful discussions and secure favorable agreements.
- Commercial & Business Awareness – Understanding of financial sustainability and resource management in ministry operations
