- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health/safety protocols and maintain organizational permits.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers; negotiate deals professionally.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Team Growth: Lead and mentor staff to scale production capacity and achieve organizational goals.
- Reporting: Submit weekly/monthly progress reports to the CEO and enforce policy updates.
Who You Are - Educated: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Experienced: 3+ years in operations management (recycling, waste management, or manufacturing preferred).
- A Leader: Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
- A Team Player: Excellent communicator, accountable, and committed to sustainable impact.
