- Implement communication triage—shielding the MD from operational noise so they can focus on strategy.
- Reset a legacy, siloed culture by role-modelling collaboration, reinforcing accountability and challenging outdated behaviour
- Lead weekly leadership meetings, track KPI progress and hold Directors to account.
- Coach Directors to resolve customer and supplier issues independently.
- Embed a robust daily / weekly / monthly reporting rhythm.
- Drive cultural transformation and boost team morale.
What we are looking for: - 10+ years in operations or general management (ideally in a growth environment).
- Proven ability to streamline communication flows and reduce leadership bottlenecks.
- Demonstrated success turning traditional, low-accountability cultures into high-performance, collaborative environments
- Expert at influencing tough personalities, building trust quickly and changing behaviour through coaching and clear consequences.
- Strong leadership presence, excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
