JOB DETAILS:
Role Profile: This position holds overall responsibility for Qcil’s day-to-day operations, managing a team across multiple functions with the goal of operational excellence and strategic alignment.
Education and Professional Qualifications:
Honours degree in Pharmacy/Sciences/Commerce/ Planning/Economics or related field; MBA preferred.
Required Experience & Competences
• Minimum 15 years’ across business functions with at least 10 years in Pharma,
• FMCG, manufacturing or related fields.
• Proven cross-functional leadership, strong decision-making and
• problem-solving skills, experience in regulatory compliance, and customer service excellence.
• Skilled in navigating matrix environments.
• Adaptable to high levels of ambiguity and organisational change.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quick decision-making and holistic problem-solving
