We need a leader who can harmonize our for-profit and non-profit financial arms while building a world-class, audit-ready finance function that stands up to international scrutiny. Key Responsibilities: - Financial Accounting, Reporting, & Systems: Direct all accounting operations (billing, A/R, A/P, GL, and Revenue Recognition). You will ensure monthly and annual reporting meets the granular accuracy required for ISO-certified organizations.
- ISO Standardization & Policy Governance: Formulate and enforce organizational standards, policies, and procedures. You will lead the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required to achieve and maintain ISO certification.
- Systems & Digital Transformation: Oversee the selection and optimization of ERP and financial management systems. You will drive digital strategies that automate manual processes and provide real-time data visibility.
- Strategic Financial Oversight: Direct the financial strategy for KFLâs complex structure, ensuring synergy between impact-driven initiatives and commercial growth.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Utilize deep knowledge of compliance requirements to shield the organization from risk and ensure transparency across all jurisdictions.
- Leadership & Culture: Mentor a diverse, multi-disciplinary team, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaborative excellence.
Education & Professional Credentials: - Bachelorâs Degree: Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Certification: Fully qualified CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CMA.
Experience & Expertise: - Leadership Seniority: Minimum of 5 years in a senior financial role (e.g., Finance Director, Head of Finance, or CFO), ideally within the Fintech or Financial Services industry.
- Professional Depth: At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience overseeing finance and operations in complex, international, private-sector, or non-profit settings.
- Hybrid Sector Knowledge: Proven record of working with impact-driven businesses or financial strategy in organizations with both non-profit and for-profit arms.
- Policy Enforcement: Demonstrated success in formulating and enforcing organizational standards and procedures.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong familiarity with ERP/financial management systems and digital transformation strategies.
