JOB DETAILS:
Avagrow Farming, a large international company with years of experience in the agricultural sector, is seeking a highly qualified mechanic engineer to work with agricultural equipment. If you have a technical background, experience with modern machinery, and a desire to work in an innovative and dynamic team, we invite you to join our company!
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and manage the work of the company’s technical service department.
• Plan and oversee service and maintenance works in accordance with equipment regulations and manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues with tractors and agricultural machinery.
• Coordinate and manage service schedules, ensuring timely inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of technical solutions and effective resource utilization.
• Monitor and manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability for maintenance works.
• Provide technical training and support to junior engineers and service technicians.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with tractors and agricultural equipment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
