Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Marinate chicken, prepare chips, coleslaw, and sauces according to prep lists. Cooking: Operate fryers, grills, and ovens; ensure chicken is cooked to safe internal temperatures. Quality Control: Taste food before service; reject substandard ingredients. Stock Management: Label and date all prepped items; adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out). Cleanliness: Maintain a clean station; adhere to occupational safety standards. Qualifications & Experience: - Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Food & Beverage.
- 2+ yearsâ experience as a Commis or Line Cook.
- Knowledge of HACCP principles.
